Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, then please contact us at info@makesocho.com with your order number and photos of the wrong or damaged items within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue!
What’s your return policy?
We do not accept returns; however, if there is something wrong with your order, then contact us at info@makesocho.com within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Can I exchange an item for a different size, color, style or any other reason?
We do not offer item exchanges for any reason. If when you are placing your order you are unsure of your correct size, then please refer to our sizing charts. There is a sizing chart for every item listed.
Although highly unusual, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, then please contact us at info@makesocho.com within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll gladly send a replacement to you!
